Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the 3rd National Conference on Pulp and Paper : Understanding the Trade-offs in Water & Wastewater Management for taking informed decisions on 29th June 2018 at Hotel Leela Palace, Grand Ballroom New Delhi.
As you are aware, the Indian Paper Industry has evolved to a great extent and is one of the largest manufacturing sectors in the country. The projected water requirement for Paper & Pulp industry is estimated at 10,200 m3 / year and 20,000 m3 / year in 2025 and 2050 respectively. Therefore, the embracing challenge for the industry is to play its appropriate role in effectively undertaking the management of freshwater resources.
This is the 3rd edition of this conference which would focus chiefly on “Evaluating Trade-Offs in complex water situations” and would include :

o Reduction in Wastewater volumes together with reduced salt loads
