Manufacturing Excellence at Bengaluru
Today in the world, global competition is the basic element to define firms’ strategies. As a result industrial economy is expected to move towards a transition into knowledge economy. At an age where total quality is of primary importance, efficiency can only be achieved by following Best Practices of the trade.
Chairman CII J&K State Council ,Mr Rahul Sahai said “CII has played a major role in the Skill Development movement in India by working with major stakeholders across the spectrum in the Skill paradigm. CII Continues to work with Industry, NGOs, Goverments to give impetus to the skill development in India. In keeping with the Confederation's initiative to share best practices in Manufacturing, CII J&K State Council facilitated a Manufacturing Excellence Best Practices Mission to Bengaluru ,the delegation team visited Bosch India and Volvo Construction Equipment plants and understood the Best practices of the companies.
The mission saw participation from departmental heads, middle & senior level managers from diverse sectors.
Vice Chairman CII J&K State Council Mr Sadaam Zaroo said “In addition to this mission, CII is also looking forward to organize similar best practices missions for HR and IT industries. These initiatives will serve as catalysts in accelerating the competitiveness of the local industries in J&K region
