“MSME Connect”, a program to reach out to the MSMEs was organised by CII Odisha State Office at Bhubaneswar.

The Objective of MSME Connect was to enable MSMEs to face challenges in the globalised market by providing information on various schemes offered by Central and State Government, incentives packages offered by banks and financial institutions and vendor development by connecting large scale industries with small and medium scale.

There was active participation from large scale industry to showcase various products and service available for small scale industry and legal formalities required to register as approved vendor. Mr M P Patra, Nalco Limited; Mr C B Bhatacharjee, Tata Steel Limited; Mr B P Mishra, Director, Jindal Steel and Power Limited; Mr Amit Panda, Hindalco Industries Limited; Mr H Pradhan, Tata Sponge Limited; Mr S S Srichandan, IMFA Limited were the key speakers who addressed the participants.
