In order to change life at work – to help employees gain more control over their career trajectory and to help them perform in their field as an eye-popping top producer, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Himachal Pradesh State Council organised a Workshop  on How to be a Star Performer – Unleash the Star Within.

The objective of this workshop was to understand what separates the stars from the rest and makes them stand out of the crowd, what can be  done to become a star performer in  respective areas of work.

Faculty for this one day workshop was Mr Tapas Dasmohapatra, he enunciated, “It can be very difficult to separate the careers that suit your personality and abilities from the careers that would frustrate you or make you unhappy. To be happy and successful in a job, you need to ensure that your abilities, values and personality are well aligned with those needed for your chosen career and with those of the organization you work for.

Over 100 participants from the Industry based in Himachal, Chandigarh and Punjab learnt effective ways to inject self-esteem, self-confidence, enthusiasm in them & others; in self and others besides learning ways to achieve results efficiently.
