CII Interactive Session with delegation from Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority held at Noida

Mr Sameer Gupta Chairman - CII Western U.P Zonal Council said that India is expected to continue its 7-8% growth trajectory for the long term, and hence its need for trade partnership will continue to rise in the future. UAE will play an important role in this growth process, as one of the largest trading partner. He said that the relationship between India and the UAE has been built by long standing people-to-people and commercial contacts. And it has metamorphosed into a significant partnership in the economic and commercial sphere with the UAE emerging as the second largest market globally for Indian products. At the same time, Indians have emerged as important investors within the UAE and India is an important export destination for the UAE manufactured goods.

Mr Humaid Al-Khatri , Commercial Director at SAIF Zone Authority   addressed the participants on what the SAIF Zone has to offer to the prospective investors.
