The Greatness of India’s Fairs and Festivals do deserve a more importance, as they are celebrated throughout the year and are truly amazing in their diversity. Tour Operators need to weave not only the major Fairs and Festivals but many more Fairs and Festivals of different parts of India in their Tour Packages to attract both Indian and Foreign Tourists , the minister further added.

Mr Sujit Banerjee, Secretary General, WTTC informed that the Kumbh Mela generated 12, 000 crore of revenue and more than 6 lakh jobs.
