Quality Control Circles create a conducive and stimulating atmosphere for the workers such that their creativity can be energized and properly canalized. QCC Competition provides a unique opportunity to motivate workers to form Quality Circles within the company and also provides them a forum to exchange ideas and share theirs experiences. It is beneficial for senior managers, supervisors and management personnel.

This competition is held at three level first is State Level second is Regional Level and final Level National Level. The three winners from the State level competition would then compete at the Regional level competition. Regional winners finally compete at the CII National QC Circle Convention.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Any member company of CII; irrespective of public / private / government organizations from the manufacturing sector.
