CII-IQ has been pioneering the adoption of formal Excellence frameworks as an imperative for holistic Organizational Excellence since the Inception of the CII EXIM Award for Business Excellence in 1994. Over time, hundreds of Organizations cutting across sectors have benefited from the adoption of the EFQM Excellence model and the feedback obtained through the Assessment process, thereby accelerating, and improving their competitiveness and sustainability. The BE Star recognition programme focusing on Excellence in Operations, Customer management and People management were launched based on the need by the industry. These functional Excellence Assessments are based on interactions and process walks with minimal documentation.
