In the recent past, lot of amendments have been made in the Waste Management Rules by the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change (MoEFCC). As a result, the industry is in ambiguity as to which rules are applicable to their area of operation and what compliances have to be made as a part of their business operations.

The online masterclass would help the participants understand the various Waste Management Rules notified by Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change (MoEF&CC) and their applicability. The Rules pertain to hazardous waste, plastic waste, e-waste, batteries waste, solid waste, construction & demolition waste and bio-medical waste.
