CII Puducherry along with Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, Government of India, Puducherry organized Drawing Competition to the differently abled along with normal children. Nearly 100 children participated on the occasion from various special schools across Puducherry, on 13 November 2011 on the eve of Children’s Day celebrations at Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, Puducherry. The Drawing Competition was inaugurated by Mr. Meenakshi Kumar, Chairman, CII Puducherry.
