CII Jamshedpur organised a workshop on “Poka Yoke”. It  finds application not only in manufacturing processes but also in service processes, office administration & transaction processes. This workshop enabled the participants to understand the concept of zero defects quality control  environment and mistake proofing; Understand how mistake-proof systems and devices are applied; Select and acquire the use of various mistake-proof methods in different situations; Develop a system that will automatically detect and correct error at every stage.
