CII – IWN Puducherry celebrated its Annual Meeting

Puducherry - IWN Puducherry Chapter organised its Annual Day and Panel Discussion on Leadership Towards Inclusive Women Growth on 24 February 2022. Mrs Sadhana Rajarajan, Proprietress of RR Cosmo has taken the position of Chairwoman – IWN Puducherry for the year 2022 – 23 and Mrs Sanhita Nadkarni, Company Secretary, Eaton Power Quality Private Limited has taken the position of Vice Chairwoman – IWN Puducherry for the year 2022-23.

During the Annual Day, Panel Discussion on Leadership Towards Inclusive Women Growth has been organized. Ms Deepika IPS (Superintendent of Police - East, Puducherry Police), Ms Anjali Schiavina, Past Chairwoman – IWN Puducherry, Ms Swetha Mathur, Founder & Director, Nilaiyana Studios Pvt Ltd. and Ms Chitra Shah, Past Chairwoman – IWN Puducherry & Director Satya Special School participated as panel members.

During the Panel Discussion, Ms Deepika IPS emphasized on amidst the women’s growth in leadership  needs to work with rural women a lot. Ms Swetha Mathur said women will be happier to work and thrive in a safe and encouraging work environment. Ms Anjali Schiavina emphasized that society have to change the mindset of “Women or unproductive in employment” and the idea of inclusive women growth should to inculcated among both men & women.
