CII constantly strives to provide insights to enable our members resolve their ‘people’ issues and improve their human capital management. As companies increasingly focus on becoming even more efficient and effective, execute better on business strategy, and do more with less in order to remain competitive, performance management area has come under the spot-light.
Recognizing the current debate on the relevance of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and their impact on enterprise success and talent management practices, CII Southern Region’s HR Sub-committee had initiated a study on Performance Management Systems & Process to assist member companies along with their Knowledge Partner - The Strategist. The report which has come out after extensive work acts as a reference guide on the current landscape and emerging trends of Performance Management.
The reference guide on PMS has gathered data through a process of ‘reconnaissance and analysis’ of the current landscape from multiple stake holder perspectives, show-casing inspiring practices and deriving powerful emerging trends and ideas for action through debate and discussion.
The guide on PMS was released during the third Meeting of the CII Southern Regional Council meeting held on 08 August, 2015 in Trivandrum.
The guide can be downloaded from the CII Web Site on a payment basis of Rs. 2,000/-(inclusive of Service Tax at 14%).
