Aditya Narayan Mishra
Aditya Narayan Mishra heads the Staffing Business of Randstad India. Aditya joined Ma Foi (now Randstad India) in 1999 and has held various key positions in the organization. He is responsible for the flagship staffing business and sustains its leadership position and growth. Aditya is also instrumental in introducing new service concepts and making them a business success. He holds additional responsibility as the executive board member of the Indian Staffing Federation.
An accomplished leader, Aditya is a 20 year veteran and an expert in the field of human resources and has been instrumental in designing recruitment processes using multi-pronged strategies for attracting the right talent across industries.
He is a regular media commentator and spokesperson at industry events. Prior to joining Randstad, Aditya was With Larsen & Toubro.
Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from Sambalpur University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Jadavpur University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Assessor on Business Excellence on EFQM model.
