Anuj Kumar
Anuj Kumar is the General Manager, Concentrix, India & South Asia, the Business Process Outsourcing unit of Synnex Corporation, USA.
Anuj took over this role after IBM's divestiture of the CRM BPO business in 2014, where he was the General Manager for India & South Asia for IBM's GPS business, and part of IBM's domestic leadership team.
In his current role, Anuj is responsible for building and executing the strategy for Concentrix in India – with specific focus on identifying and building offerings & solutions for the market place, leading the Sales team, developing and growing client relationships, and owning the India P&L.
Anuj has 23 years of experience in managing diverse business operations in the Financial Services, Consumer Goods and BPO arenas. He has spent ten years with IBM, beginning his career as General Manager Operation in 2003, and then heading Resourcing and Domestic Operations for India Business Unit. Under his exemplary leadership, he built the platform for future growth, matured the domestic business, enhanced the customer service experience and took the India Business Unit to next level.
Anuj Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer from BIT Ranchi and holds a Master's degree in Business Management from IIM Kolkata.
