Ritu has worn multiple hats spanning across Client Relationship Management, Operations Management and Business Development and Profit Center Management. In her heart she is a salesperson who enjoys meeting and interacting with new people, building lasting relationships and an eternal people optimist. She is an Economics Graduate and has an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Goa Institute of Management. She is also the Founder Trustee and President of Indian Staffing Federation and CII National Council Member for the Industrial Relations Council and Skill Council. She had the privilege of representing Employers of India to the last held ILO Convention on Private Employment Agencies in Geneva. Keen on fitness she enjoys various sports and swimming. Loves watching movies, writing columns, and is an amateur photographer.
