Vikram Goel
Vikram is one of the bright Young Leaders at Tech Mahindra, closely working with the CEO Mr. CP Gurnani & the CXO Leadership in driving various org level strategic initiatives. As an Executive Assistant, he enables CP to manage the Enterprise segment of the business apart from the external world interfaces. He also drives multiple consulting assignments in his corporate strategy role.
Vikram has over 7.5 years of experience across functions - Corporate Strategy, SAP Delivery, SAP Competency Management, Marketing, Learning & Training. He served as the youngest member on the prestigious Tech M Shadow Board (2010 - 12), a group of Young Leaders who directly work with CXO Leadership to critique the strategy and drive alternate thinking. Presently, he is mentoring the current Shadow Board Team by acting as Devil's advocate & challenging its thought process.
Vikram also managed a critical part of the Tech Mahindra - Mahindra Satyam integration.
Vikram is an Electronics & Communication Engineer by qualification, and has also completed Harvard ManageMentor Certification, apart from certifications in SAP & Microsoft technologies in his previous avatar. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from his Alma Mater in 2013 and Frontier Award (Continental Europe) for Professional Achievements by Mahindra Satyam in 2011. He is passionate about mentoring young leaders and helps them unlock their potential.
