In continuation to the Job Oppurtunities Mela conducted by  Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Puducherry with the support from Dept. of School Education , Govt. of Puducherry on 18th April 2010, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Puducherry, Mr V Vaithilingam issued the Appointment Letters to the 64 Vocational Stream Students of the Govt. Higher Secondary Schools in Puducherry, who have been recruited by RAJSRIYA AUTOMATIVE INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., Hosur, on 26 April 2010.

CII Puducherry started this new initiative last year with the support from Dept. of School Education , Govt. of Puducherry by organizing a NCVT (National Certificate for Vocational Training) Assessement Programme for the Vocational Stream Students of various Govt. Schools under 17 different Trades such as Business Machines and Computer Programing, Auto Mechanic,  Letter Press Printing,   General Machinist, Fitting,  Welding,  Electrical and Domestic Appliances, Office Management,  Dress Designing and Making, Packing Assistant,  Medical Lab Assistant,  Fisheries,  Accountancy and Auditing,  Plant (sapling) Production,  Composing and Printing,  Insurance and  Business Maintenance.
