With demand for conventional skill sets on one hand, and the need to prepare our workforce for Industry 4.0 on the other, the skills eco-system is at a very interesting juncture.
An ongoing system of recognising skills of talent pool, who have come through the informal route, will go a long way to expand, enrich and strengthen the skills eco-system.
