CII, in association with their Knowledge Partner, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), released a report titled "Powering Past Headwinds - Indian Manufacturing: Winning in an Era of Shocks, Swings and Shortages", against the backdrop of the CII 12th Manufacturing Summit 2013 organised by CII on 22 November at Mumbai. This report has been prepared with extensive research including the CII-BCG Manufacturing Leadership Survey, conducted jointly by CII & BCG.
The report details the current performance of the Indian manufacturing industry and also contains feedback from a broad-based survey conducted to gauge the sentiments and priorities of today’s industry leaders. It also synthesizes the key trends sweeping the manufacturing landscape, draws out implications for Indian industry and makes the case for change.
