Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in association with its knowledge partner KPMG released a publication against the backdrop of the ‘National Telecom Summit 2011: Enabling Business – Transforming Lives’ organised by CII on 18 November 2011 in New Delhi.
The joint CII-KPMG publication reports on the draft National Telecom Policy – 2011 which lays down an inclusive market oriented agenda for the growth of telecommunications services in India over the next decade. Industry welcomes the draft as forward looking and transformational that has the potential to bridge the telecommunications divide across rural and urban India.
