CII along with their knowledge partner, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) recently conducted a survey which was released during CII’s 13th Manufacturing Summit 2014 held on 14 November 2014 at Mumbai.
The CII-BCG Manufacturing Leadership Survey 2014 was launched to gauge the pulse of industry leaders on the current scenario and future prospects for the Indian manufacturing sector. The inputs from this survey were incorporated in the CII-BCG report " Make In India: Turning Vision Into Reality" which was also released at the CII 13th Manufacturing Summit.
The survey focused on three dimensions:
- Perspectives on manufacturing sector performance
- Vision for Indian manufacturing
- Perspectives on realizing the "Make in India" vision
