CII IQ as a part of ‘Excellence Model 2010 Revision Roll-out Plan’ conducted a series of interactive webinars to familiarise Assessors, Trainers, Award Applicant Organisations, Business Excellence Co-ordinators and other interested users on the revisions to the Model during February to June 2010. Over 700 practicising professionals of Excellence participated in the webinars and raised several questions and sought clarifications. They were responded by the faculty during the webinar sessions. However, due to paucity of time, some of them could not be responded at that time.
This publication is a compilation of all questions raised and the responses on a whole range of issues. For easy reference, the questions and responses have been organised in four sections, viz., General, The Fundamental Concepts of Excellence, The Excellence Model & RADAR and Scoring Charts.
It is hoped that various stakeholders would make use of this publication to understand and interpret the Model for effective adaptation in their respective areas.
