The Government of Maharashtra has adopted and implemented numerous measures to improve the ease of doing business in the state. This study aims to ensure effective implementation of these measures and bridge the gap between what is provided on paper and what is implemented on the ground. Thus, CII through this perception analysis, endeavours to gauge the effectiveness of these reforms. The assessment studies the extent to which Maharashtra has implemented DIPP’s 340-parameters, during July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016.
