CII, in association with their Knowledge Partner, Resurgent India released a study at the Delhi MSME Summit: Vendor Development Programme organized by CII in association with the MSME Development Institute, Ministry of MSME, Government of India on 19 December, 2014 at New Delhi.
The study examines the Indian MSME landscape and it’s role in furthering the national economy. Further, the document surveys the challenges faced by the Indian MSME sector along with a possible resolution of the same. Non-availability of credit at an affordable and competitive price has emerged as the major bottleneck in the growth of MSMEs that needs to be addressed.
