CII Assam State Office organized an Interactive Session with Mr Oinam Singh, IAS, Commissioner, Industries & Commerce, Government of Assam on 25th January 2023.
Congratulating CII for organizing the Interactive Session, Mr Singh informed the CII members present about the Prime Minister’s emphasis on the regular interaction with the industry associations in a recently held meeting with the Chief Secretaries of all the states of the country. Mr Singh apprised the members about the various initiatives taken by the Commissionerate of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Assam for facilitating industrial activities in the state.
The members present discussed various issues pertaining to industries. The Commissioner had assured to look into the matters. He requested CII to submit a recommendation on various issues discussed so that the necessary actions can be taken in this regard.
