CII National Committee on Sports has been constituted to serve as an enabler for evangelizing sports in the country, by defining the agenda to catalyze forces of both policy-making and private enterprise – in bringing the vision of a sporting nation alive. The committee has identified the areas of Education, Infrastructure, Messaging, Investment and Responsibility as crucial areas of intervention towards Making India Play. CII Sports organizes 'Scorecard' as an annual conference to assess & align the short term and long term goals. CII sports regularly engages in International discussions to establish best practices and highlight growing business opportunities.
