The deliberations at the panel discussion on ‘CSR – An Expense or an Investment’ focused on Industry’s perception of whether CSR is a ‘cost centre’ or an investment; should it be looked at as a 2% spend or a corporate’s duty to run responsible businesses leading to building goodwill and brand value; and how innovation can play a role here in transforming and changing the face of CSR.
