The deliberations at this panel discussion were held around laws and regulations that can offer a conducive environment for experimentation and innovation around CSR, the role of audit and legal firms in bringing about innovation in CSR - as an encouraging factor, and suggestions on policy direction, institutional arrangements and strategies that can help promote and strengthen innovations that enable CSR.
