CII Mysore, along with the support from its members have worked together to prepare a report on the emerging sectors that provides entrepreneurial opportunities and boost economic development of the Mysore District. This report is prepared as advised by the Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka with the primary intent of making recommendations and overseeing implementation of specific policies and actions for the rapid development of Mysore.
The study also presents an investment overview and suggests strategic interventions that could be undertaken by various stakeholders, viz., the state government, local administrative bodies and industries in furtherance towards the same. The publication was released at The Partnership Summit 2014, the annual flagship event of CII, organised in association with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and the Government of Karnataka on 27 January, 2014 in Bangalore.
