Relying on both primary and secondary sources of information and using sophisticated econometric techniques, the report attempts to understand how foreign trade and investment reforms have impacted the Indian economy and what could be done to enhance the benefits further.
While observing significant contributions of reforms in trade and FDI policy over the decades, the report makes a plethora of policy recommendations to enhance their benefits to growth and development imperatives of the country.
